A type of sEMG signal acquisition and processing system was developed,which was simple and cheap.The developed system was constituted by sEMG signal conditioner and signal acquisition and processing system.The conditioner was composed of am-plifier circuit and filter circuit.Technical scheme of two-stage amplification was adopted to magnify the sEMG signal to 2 000~6 800 multiples,while a high-pass filter,a low-pass filter and a 50 Hz frequency band-stop filter were designed to reduce the noise interfer-ence.The signal acquisition and processing system could gauge and process the sEMG signal in real-time.The sEMG signal of biceps femoris was conducted in the flexion and extension movement of human knee joint.The test results show that the real-time and accurate sEMG signal can be gained by the developed system,which provides basis for subsequent control research.%开发了一种结构简单、成本低的表面肌电信号采集与处理系统,包括表面肌电信号调理器和信号采集与处理装置。表面肌电信号调理器主要由放大电路和滤波电路两部分组成:采用前后两级放大的技术方案,总的放大倍数约为2000~6800倍;设计了高通滤波器、低通滤波器和50 Hz陷波器,有效减小了表面肌电信号采集过程中噪声信号的干扰。信号的采集与处理装置可实现对表面肌电信号的实时采集和分析处理。利用该系统对膝关节做屈伸动作时股二头肌的表面肌电信号进行了检测试验,结果表明:可得到实时准确的表面肌电信号,为后续的控制研究打下了基础。
