针对AMT离合器长期使用磨损后导致起步控制精度下降的问题,提出基于压力控制的AMT离合器起步控制方法。该方法以离合器的结合压力为控制目标来控制扭矩传递,从而有效避免了以离合器结合量来控制时因磨损导致的扭矩损失和控制精度下降问题。仿真结果证明,基于压力控制的AMT离合器起步控制方法在离合器存在磨损时能够保证离合器的起步控制精度。%In order to avoid reducing the control accuracy of the clutch of AMT during starting,a clutch control method based on pressure was presented.The combined pressure of clutch was used as control objective to control the torque transmission in the new control method.The loss of torque and the decline of control accuracy caused by wear of clutch were avoided effectively.The simulation results show that the control method based on pressure of clutch can ensure the control precision when the clutch appears wear.
