基于有限元模型叶片加工变形的研究

     

摘要

Impeller is a kind of irregular thin-walled part which is usually processed by multi-axis machine tools,but the process deformation is often difficult to predict. Through establishing FEA model and the simplifying by relevant assumptions,the deformation law of the machining process was analyzed,so machining distortion of this kind of thin-walled parts could be predicted and verified ef-fectively. It provides certain reference for the establishment of effective strategy to control the processing deformation of the thin-walled parts.%叶轮是一种不规则薄壁零件,通常采用多轴机床进行加工,但是其加工过程的变形通常难以预测。通过建立有限模型并且用相应的假设条件进行简化处理,分析其加工过程的变形规律,可以更加有效地预测、验证这类薄壁零件的加工变形。同时为建立薄壁零件加工变形控制的有效策略提供一定的参考。
