数控微位移实验平台的结构设计和系统控制

         

摘要

The design of the mechanical structure for numerical control micro displacement experiment platform was introduced.The micro-stepmotor servo-system was used to drive experimental platform and high precision ball screw pair was adopted as drive equipment.In addition,a high precision cross roller guide rail pair that plays a role of supporting and guiding was designed.The transmission accuracy and stability of the experimental platform were improved.In micro displacement experimental platform,open numerical control system was used in which the theory of basic pulse interpolation was utilized to fit the rotation trajectory of experimental platform.At the same time,the subdivision drive technology was used to reduce vibration and noise of stepper motor.So the stability of the system is improved.The comprehensive automation control and accurate positioning of the micro displacement experiment platform is realized.%介绍数控微位移实验平台机械结构设计,采用微型步进电机伺服系统驱动实验平台,选用精度较高的滚珠丝杠螺母副作为驱动装置,设计一种精度较高的交叉滚柱导轨副作为支承和导向部件,提高了实验平台的传动精度和稳定性.微位移实验平台采用开放式数控系统,该系统利用基准脉冲插补原理拟合实验平台平转动轨迹.同时,采用细分驱动技术,减少了步进电机的振动、噪声等问题,提高了系统的稳定性,实现了微位移实验平台全面自动化控制和精确定位.
