Practical problems that encountered during the development of the reciprocating pumps were analyzed.The application of the autofrettage technology in the developing of the ultra-high pressure reciprocating pump was introduced.Based on the von-Mises yield criterion,the optimal plastic-elastic interface radius Ropt and optimal autofrettage pressure Popt were calculated.Meanwhile,residual stress and total stress were solved.The calculation results show that the stress distribution is more uniform and the maximum is decreased after autofrettage.So the fatigue condition is improved greatly.It provides a theoretical basis for design of ultra-high pressure reciprocating pump.%分析了当前超高压柱塞泵发展过程中面临的实际问题,介绍了自增强技术在超高压柱塞泵发展中的应用.依据von-Mises屈服准则,应用弹塑性理论知识求解出最佳弹-塑性界面半径Ropt和最佳自增强压力Popt;同时,对通过自增强处理后的泵头体的残余应力进行了分析,对合成应力进行了计算.结果表明:通过自增强处理后的泵头体内部应力分布均匀,最大应力得到了减小,泵头体疲劳状况有较大改善.研究结果为超高压柱塞泵的设计提供了理论性的指导.
