多马达液压同步控制系统设计及试验研究

         

摘要

The multi-motors synchronization driving control system used in nuts magazine was designed on the basis of the work principle of flange connection tool of underwater petroleum pipeline.The 20 motors speed synchronization was achieved by the combinations of synchronizing valve and synchronization shunt.The main influencing factors affecting the hydraulic system synchronization accuracy were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.The motor speed synchronous test was carried with the flange connection tool prototype.The results show that the synchronization precision of multi-motors hydraulic control system is 0.0447,which can meets the demand of the flange connection tool.%在介绍水下石油管道法兰连接机具的工作原理的基础上,设计了螺母库的多马达同步控制系统.采用同步阀与同步分流器组合方式实现了20个马达的速度同步.分析了影响液压系统同步精度的主影响因素,并提出了相应的解决方法.在管道法兰连接机具样机上进行马达转速同步性试验,试验结果表明:马达的同步精度可达0.0447,能较好地满足法兰连接机具对马达同步控制要求.
