独立润滑喷油器针阀偶件润滑与泄漏特性研究

         

摘要

By taking the independent lubrication injector as a study object,the rupture mechanism of lubricant film in needle valve coupling was discussed.Based on the No.46 lubricant medium,the measure theory of film rupture,experimental facility and measure method of radius of film rupture were introduced systematically.The main factors that affect lubricant film rupture were analyzed.Simulation method was adopted,so as to analyze the influence on the leak characteristics of lubricant medium,which was caused by needle coupling clearance and differential pressure between lubrication chamber and pressure chamber.The study results show that,the critical pressure of lubricant film rupture is 20kPa.It can be sure the needle valve coupling move normally meanwhile the lubricant leakage can be also decreased,when using appropriate needle couphng clearance and differential pressure between lubrication chamber and pressure chamber.%以独立润滑喷油器为研究对象,对针阀偶件润滑油膜破裂机制进行了探讨,以46号润滑油为润滑介质,系统地介绍了油膜破裂测量原理、实验装置及油膜破裂半径的测量方法,并对影响润滑油膜破裂的主要因素进行了分析;采用仿真方法,分析了润滑腔与压力室的压差、针阀偶件间隙对润滑介质的泄漏特性的影响.研究结果表明,润滑油膜破裂的临界压差为20kPa;合适的针阀偶件间隙、润滑腔与压力室的压差,能够在确保针阀偶件正常运动的前提下,减小润滑介质的泄漏量.
