在中高压系统中,液压滑阀会出现表面磨损甚至阀芯阀套卡紧的现象,针对此问题,建立了液压滑阀的计算机%In the middle and high pressure system,the phenomenon of surface wear and even block tight of valve core and cavity would be occurred. Aiming at this problem,the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models and steady-state fi-nite element analysis (FEA) thermal transfer models were established. By using the fluid-solid interaction (FSI) method,the phe-nomenon of valve core inflated by heat observably,because of viscous heating made the temperature enhancement of oil flow,was ana-lyzed. The velocity and temperature distribution of the valve core in the different opening and different working pressure was obtained. At the same time,the stress and distortion analysis of valve core which reacted jointly by temperature of flow field and pressure were found. References are provided on the designing of hydraulic spool valve.
