加工策略对叶轮曲面加工质量和效率的影响

摘要

Taking PowerMill software processing impeller surfaces as an example, by using different processing impeller surface machining strategies, the existing differences in the software process simulation and practice of processing were summarized and analyzed , and different processing strategies for impeller machining quality and efficiency of the influencing factors were proposed. The key problems that reducing the processing cost are solved, and provided for the future in CNC programming and machining personnel with some guidance.%以PowerMill软件加工叶轮曲面为例,通过采用不同的加工策略加工叶轮曲面,总结分析了软件中的仿真加工和实践加工存在的差异,提出了不同的加工策略对叶轮加工质量和效率的影响因素,解决了如何降低加工成本的关键问题,为从事数控机床编程与加工的人员提供了参考.
