纸基摩擦片贴片工序抄片用机械手的设计

         

摘要

针对纸基摩擦片制备的关键贴片工序,为提高其贴片效率和产品质量,设计了一种抄片用机械手,主要采用锥齿轮机构及丝杆螺母机构实现机械手的动作传递,应用伺服技术、电磁技术和传感技术实现摩擦片的可靠抓取定位。结果表明:该机械手实现了纸基摩擦片贴片工序的自动化抄片,可有效提高贴片效率,提升产品质量,同时为企业实现纸基摩擦片自动化贴片柔性生产提供技术参考。%Aimed at the sticking process of the key point in the production of paper-based friction plate, a sheet-making robot was designed to improve the efficiency of sticking and the quality of the paper-based friction plate.Bevel gears and leading screw and nut mechanism were mainly used for implement of passing the robot's action, the application of servo technology, electromagnetic technolo-gy and sensor technology were aimed at grabbing and positioning friction plate reliably.The results show that the robot can achieve the automation of sheet-making in the sticking process, which efficiency is improved in the production of paper-based friction plate and the products'quality is improved.Also, the design offers technical references for realizing paper-based friction plate's automatic production and flexible production for the enterprises.
