基于PLC的二极管单向导电性检测机械手的设计

Aimed at the RHRG30120 diode required for unidirectional conductivity detection in the final step of production process, the solution of the robot detection based on programmable logical controller (PLC) was put forward.The structure components of the robot and the electric control system of detection robot were designed, and the principle of the detecting circuit was introduced.The sequential function chart of PLC was given.%针对RHRG30120型二极管需要在最后一道工序对其进行单向导电性检测的要求,提出了基于PLC的机械手检测解决方案,设计了检测机械手的结构组成和电气控制系统,阐述了检测电路原理,给出了PLC控制的顺序功能图.
