基于可编程逻辑控制器的二极管单向导电性检测

摘要

针对二极管单向导电性检测的特点，提出了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）的自动检测系统。设计了用以自动切换施加在二极管两极之间的直流电压极性的检测电路，阐述其工作原理。根据检测电路的检测情况，由PLC自动判别二极管单向导电性是否合格。同时给出了控制电路，设计了检测顺序功能图。在此基础上，进行了应用举例。%An automatic detection system based on programmable logic controller (PLC) is proposed. The detec⁃tion circuit of the polarity of the DC voltage applying between the two electrodes is designed,and the working principle is described. Based on the detection results,PLC identifies automatically whether the diode unidirec⁃tional conductivity is qualified or not. The function diagram of detection sequence,as well as the control circuit, is given,and application examples are finally presented.
