新型微孔节流气体静压轴承的特性研究

         

摘要

For the problem that the size and quality of the slit restricted thrust aerostatic bearing is difficult to be guaranteed,a type of micro-orifice restrictor thrust aerostatic bearing is proposed.Based on the Fluent software,to ensure that the total throttling area of the bearing is the same,changing the film thickness,the orifice(seam)depth,the capacity,the stiffness and the gas consumption of the Slit restrictor and the Micro-orifice restrictor,which were compared and analyzed,then the total throttling area was taken differ-ent values,further analyzed and compared the characteristic of the bearing,so as to determine whether the two bearings in certain con-ditions are interchangeable.The results show that when the film thickness, the orifice(slit)depth, and the throttling area are taken different values,the capacity,the stiffness and the gas consumption of the Slit restrictor and the Micro-orifice restrictor have a high consistency.The Micro-orifice restrictor thrust aerostatic bearing can take the place of the slit-restricted thrust aerostatic bearing in a certain condition.%针对狭缝节流静压气体止推轴承的狭缝加工质量难以保证的问题,提出了一种微孔节流气体静压止推轴承.基于Fluent软件,保证轴承的总节流面积相同,通过改变气膜厚度、节流孔(缝)深度,对比研究了狭缝节流和微孔节流静压气体止推轴承的承载力、刚度及耗气量;其后对轴承的总节流面积取不同值时的轴承特性进行分析对比,从而判断了两种轴承在一定条件下是否具有互换性.结果表明:气膜厚度、节流孔(缝)深度、轴承的总节流面积取不同值时,微孔节流静压气体止推轴承在承载力、刚度及耗气量上都与狭缝节流静压气体止推轴承有较高的一致性;在一定的工况下,微孔节流静压气体止推轴承可以代替狭缝节流静压气体止推轴承.
