基于 TRIZ 冲突解决理论的饮水机改良设计

摘要

It introduces the application of TRIZ conflict resolution theory in the improved design of water dispens-er.It obtains the user's actual needs and analyzes the result with analytic hierarchy process , establishes the hier-archical model of water dispense of the users'needs.Then it defines the demand weights vector matrix of various levels with statistical software MATLAB , determines the design conflicts according to the weight values , and car-ries out conflict determination and transformation based on above .Finally, it obtains the conflict matrix and se-lects the appropriate principles of invention with application of TRIZ principles of conflict resolution , and realizes the water dispenser preliminary improved programs combined with the actual situation .%应用TRIZ冲突解决理论对传统饮水机进行了改良设计。首先，通过用户调研获取用户对饮水机的实际需求信息，并用层次分析法整理和解析调研结果，建立饮水机用户需求层次结构模型；其次，在MATLAB统计软件下得出各个层次的需求权重向量矩阵，根据权重值大小确定需要改良的饮水机设计冲突，并在此基础上进行冲突判定和冲突转化；最后，运用TRIZ冲突解决理论，查询冲突矩阵，选择合适的发明原理，并结合饮水机本身实际情况最终完成改良方案的初步设计。
