The control accuracy of flaps and slats in civil aircraft dramatically affect flaps and slats surfaces actual deploying and retracting positions,and affect the ability of aircraft augment and the design of structural stops.Therefore,it is of significant meaning to analyze the system tolerance and the related factor.This paper introduces the influence of flap & slat system control accuracy to aircraft,analyzes the main factors to the system control accuracy and the related reasons,presents a computer based self-balancing method for improving the system control accuracy.This provides the important reference to domestic big aircraft related design.%民用飞机襟缝翼系统的控制精度极大地影响了襟缝翼舵面的实际理论收放位置,影响了飞机的增升能力和结构止动块的设计,分析系统误差的组成及成因对于改进系统控制精度具有重要的意义.介绍了襟缝翼系统控制精度对飞机的影响,分析了影响系统控制精度的各个主要因素并对其成因进行了具体分析,提出了一种基于计算机自补偿平衡的方法对系统控制精度进行了改进,对于中国大型飞机相关设计具有重要的借鉴意义.
