The basic control principle of asynchronous motor soft-start is introduced in this paper. With the Matlab/Simulink simulation tool,a simulation model of the asynchronous motor soft-starter system is established. On this basis,the simulation experiment of the asynchronous motor soft-starter based on single neuron PID is performed. Simulation results show that the simulation model can simulate the real situation of the soft starter; This single neuron PID control technology can be used in this system to effectively reduce the negative impact of starting the process to meet the requirements of soft-starter.%阐述了异步电动机软启动的基本控制原理,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真工具,建立了异步电动机软启动器系统仿真模型.在此基础上,进行了基于单神经元PID的异步电动机软启动器的仿真试验.仿真结果表明,单神经元PID控制技术能够较好地控制电动机启动过程中的电流实现限流启动,有效地降低启动过程大电流的不利影响,满足电动机软启动要求.
