建立了高速滚珠丝杠进给系统的机械模型.重点分析机械系统对整个进给驱动系统的影响,并进行计算机仿真分析.通过实验数据分析掌握温度变化影响的效果.指出在高速加工过程中屈服形变引起的轨迹误差,并通过反复修改参数得到优化结果,并找出了进一步改进的措施.%This paper establishes the high-speed ball screw feeding system mechanical model to analyze the influence of the mechanical system on the whole drive system and use MATLAB computer to make the simulation analysis and research, points out the trajectory errors caused in the high-speed machining process yield deformation and finds out the further improvement measures through repeated optimizing the parameters.
