数控车床车削梯形螺纹加工方法探讨

摘要

Trapezoidal thread is widely used in engineering, because of the small angle of the tooth-shape, weak strength of the tool, but how to improve machining the trapezoidal thread efficiency becomes a hotspot of machining process. The paper discusses the process methods for trapezoidal thread from machining methods analysis, process design and programming and so on based on FANUC CNC system.%梯形螺纹在工程中应用非常广泛,由于牙形角小、刀具强度弱,因此如何高效加工梯形螺纹成为机械加工工艺探讨的一大热点.基于FANUC 0i-mate TC数控系统,从梯形螺纹加工方法分析、工艺设计和程序编制等方面对梯形螺纹的数控车削加工方法进行了探讨.
