电液伺服比例综合实验合阀控液压马达控制系统研究

     

摘要

研究了电液伺服比例综合实验台中阀控液压马达的闭环控制系统,该闭环控制系统以比例换向阀作为控制元件,以阀控马达作为输出元件,以角度转速传感器、压力传感器以及温度传感器作为反馈元件,并采取工控机作为控制手段,实现对输出转动角度的控制.建立了该阀控液压马达系统的数学模型,以MATLAB中动态仿真工具SIMULINK软件包为开发工具,建立仿真模型进行计算分析,得到较合理的控制参数,使系统的控制性能得到改善.%This paper makes a study of hydraulic valve-controlled motor system in the electro-hydraulic proportional and servo integrated tester. A proportional valve is used as the control-unit, a valve-controlled motor as the output unit and angle, pressure and temperature transducers as feeding back unit,and an industrial computer as the control measures in the this hydraulic valve-controlled motor system. This article establishes the mathematical model of this hydraulic valve-controlled motor system; A dynamic simulation tool.SIMULINK software package in MATLAB.is taken as the development tool to establish the SIMUUNK simulation model and to obtain more reasonable control parameters, in order to improve system's control performance.
