体积密度相差悬殊的保温材料间混合装置的开发

         

摘要

In this paper,a new kind of mixing machine is designed, based on the current situation that the present mixing machine can not be well proportioned between thermal insulating materials of different proportion.Adjustable radius and pitch of the spiral structure is used in the new designed mixing machine.In technology, the grinding polystyrene is used to make sure that the lightweight material can be roughened to maximum,through this,the mixing degree between thermal insulating materials of different proportion is increased.The paper mainly focuses attention on the whole structure of the mixing machine, key component and the advantage of the device and so on.%主要针对现有混合装置不能对体积密度相差悬殊的保温材料进行均匀混合的现状,设计出一种新型的混合装置.混合装置在结构上采用双层双区变径变距式螺旋结构.在工艺上采用将聚苯颗粒磨砂化的方法,使保温材料中轻质骨料最大程度的粗糙化,提高体积密度相差悬殊材料间混合的均匀度.着重介绍了该混合装置的整体结构、关键构件及装置的优点等内容.
