轮式装载机故障诊断虚拟系统设计

         

摘要

由于装备维修过程中故障诊断和故障排除的难度大,以轮式装载机为研究对象,结合虚拟现实技术,研究开发了轮式装载机故障诊断虚拟训练系统,建立了虚拟系统的功能框架和系统软件结构,针对轮式装载机的故障特点,将故障树与专家系统相结合,利用故障树获取知识,完成知识表达,利用专家系统,采用正向推理,完成虚拟训练中正确操作与误操作的比对,实现了虚拟故障诊断.运用EON Studio虚拟开发平台及数据库编程软件,构建了故障诊断虚拟训练系统,验证了方法的有效性.%Due to the great difficulties in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting during the process of equipment repair, this paper takes wheel-type loader as the research object, researches on the virtual training system of fault diagnosis in wheel-type loader and creates the software structure and function frame combined with virtual reality technology. Aiming at the faulty condition of wheel-type loader, the fault tree is integrated with the expert system and the fault tree is used to obtain the in formation. The comparison between right and wrong operations in virtual training are finished by forward reasoning with expert system to realize, the virtual fault diagnosis . The virtual training system of fault diagnosis is constructed by using data base programming software and EON Studio virtual developing platform, and last, it is verified that the method is valid.
