斜盘式柱塞泵结构参数对脉动特性的影响研究

摘要

Based on analyzing the working principle of the swash plate pump, this paper establishes its model by use of AMEsim software, calculates and compares the outlet discharge of pumps with different outlet chambers, and the distribution of pump's flow and pressure under different conditions, and then it obtains the influence of its structure parameter on the distribution of pump's flow and pressure and provides a reference for its application.%通过对斜盘式轴向柱塞泵工作原理进行分析,利用仿真软件AMESim建立了柱塞泵系统模型,通过仿真计算出不同排油腔大小的柱塞泵输出油液脉动系数并进行对比,同时比较不同工况下的脉动系数,最终总结出柱塞泵结构参数对脉动特性的影响,为柱塞泵的应用提供参考.
