工艺尺寸路径图及其应用

摘要

This paper proposesa method of describing the technology dimension route using the letters with subscript to describe the characters of the elements in part process. The relations among design dimension & margins and process dimension, and the benchmark of process elements and process sequence are described in the schematic. It is convenient to use the schematics to optimize the technology dimension route.%对零件在加工过程中的各加工要素用带下标的文字描述其特征,在此基础上提出一种描述零件加工工艺尺寸路线的方法——工艺尺寸路径图,该图描述了零件全部设计尺寸及加工余量与工序尺寸之间的关系,同时也描述了各个要素的加工基准和加工顺序,利用工艺尺寸路径图可方便地对零件加工工艺路线进行优化.
