粉末冶金成型模具芯棒制造工艺的改进

     

摘要

粉末冶金成型芯棒是成型粉末冶金制品内孔的关键零件,要求性能高、尺寸精度高、形位公差高和低的粗糙度.特别是细长芯棒,传统的加工方法很难达到芯棒的各项技术要求.通过对芯棒加工方法的研究与改进,实现了批量生产满足各项技术要求的芯棒,解决了制约粉末冶金批量生产带孔制品的瓶颈问题.%Powder metallurgy molding core rod is in need of good property, high dimensional accuracy, low geometric tolerance and roughness,because it is a pivotal part which is used to form the hole of the powder metallurgy products. The traditional processing methods can't meet the requirements of the mandrel,especially for the slender mandrel. In this paper, the bottleneck of powder metallurgy mass production Is solved and mass production of kinds of mandrels is realized, by researching on and improving the processing methods of mandrels.
