阐述了借助于Hyper Works软件的拓扑优化和形状优化技术,实现驾驶室后悬置支架减重优化设计的过程,并结合实际受力情况对传统优化设计与拓扑优化设计方案做了有限元验证对比分析.结果表明,经减质优化后的支架,应力值大幅减少,应力分布更加均匀,相对原始结构质量明显减少,能够满足产品的使用性能和铸造工艺性能要求.%The article elaborates the optimization design process in which topolgy and shape optimization technigues of Hyper Works software are used reduce rear suspended bracket weight. Meanwhile,the traditional optimization is compared with the topology optimization. The results indicate that stress is reduced significantly and the stress distribution is even. Also,the reguirements of the operating performance and the foundry technique performance are satisfied.
