能耗制动装置在三辊卷板机上设计应用

介绍了三辊卷板机的主要用途、改造前的缺陷;电动机能耗制动装置的应用设计,一、二次回路,工作过程以及所达到的效果.通过改进解决了三辊卷板机因刹车制动运行时间较长,造成工作效率低下、影响制作工艺的问题,从而提高了设备有效作业率,并保证了产品品质.%This paper describes the main applications and defects before transformation of the three roller coiling machine,the design application of dynamic braking of electric motors,the primary circuit and secondary circuit and the work process and achieved results.By improving three-roll plate bending machine,it solves the long time of the brakeng low productivity,influence of the production process,so as to improve the effective operation rate of the equipment and ensure the quality of products.
