基于Profibus-DP总线模式的中空玻璃合片机控制系统

摘要

Through analysis of the process of the insulating glass assembling machine, its electric control system based on the Profibus-DP of Siemens PLC is developed. The transporting, geometric size detection, pressing assembly and gas loading and so on are achieved automatically in all of the production process. The level of automation and production efficiency of insulating glass assembling process are greatly improved in this system.%通过对中空玻璃合片工艺的研究,开发了基于西门子PLC S7300及Profibus-DP总线模式的立式中空玻璃自动合片机控制系统,实现了中空玻璃生产过程的玻璃传输、几何尺寸检测、板压、惰性气体填充、输出等全过程的自动化生产.提高了中空玻璃合片机的自动化水平和生产效率.
