一种新型烟草烘丝机筒温检测稳定系统的研究与设计

摘要

针对传统烟草制丝工艺烘丝机筒温检测系统增加气动薄膜阀、压力传感器等硬件，并采用模糊控制对气动薄膜阀进行自适应控制，以提高烘丝机筒温控制精度及自适应能力。通过实验验证，新型烟草烘丝机筒温稳定检测系统可大幅度提高烟丝烘干品质。%The temperature detecting system of the traditional tobacco drying machine is equipped with the hardwares, such as pneumatic diaphragm valves and pressure sensors and now the fuzzy control system is used to detect and control the temperature, so that the temperature control precision and adaptability are improved.After the experiments in Changde Cigarette Factory,the new system can be used to improve the quality of tobacco drying greatly.
