基于ANSYS CFX的不同结构滚筒洗衣机的流场分析

         

摘要

带有烘干功能的滚筒洗衣机由于需要在外筒端盖上开孔,会改变内外筒之间的气流通道,影响内部流场分布,从而增大洗衣机气流噪声。针对某滚筒洗衣机添加烘干装置时在外筒底部端盖上开孔对内外筒之间空气流场以及对气流噪声的影响进行了分析,运用 Pro/E和ANSYS WORKBENCH分别建立了内外筒的三维模型和流体域模型。利用ANSYS CFX对比分析外筒端盖无孔和有孔的滚筒洗衣机在高速脱水状态下,内筒和外筒所包围的空气流场情况以及对气流噪声的影响,并提出相应的改进建议。%Due to the openings on the outside tube of drum washing machine with drying function, the air flow passage between the inner and outside tubes is changed,the internal flow field’ s distribution is affected and air flow noise is made. This paper mainly ana-lyzes the air flow field between inner and outside tube bottoms, as wel as the influence on air flow noise when the drum washing ma-chine is equiped with a drying device. Three-dimensional model of inner and outside tubes, fluid domain model are built by using Pro/E and ANSYS WORKBENCH. The flow field and its influence on air flow noise without hole or with holes in the high spinning phase are comparatively analyzed with software of ANSYS CFX. Based on the above analysis results, the corresponding improve-ment suggestions are proposed.
