层次分析法在步枪口径效能评估中的应用

摘要

The theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process is one method which is used to evaluate the effectiveness of weapon systems. In this paper, it is used to evaluate the effectiveness of five kinds of existing rifles in certain designated battlefield environment. The di-versities of the effectiveness, which are caused by the differences of the rifles’ calibers are discussed seriously. This paper, on the basis of the scorings from specialists, gives out the referencing sequence of the five cases. The results of the assessment and the methods applied in the evaluation process are of great significance to the fittest selection of calibers in certain foreseeable battlefield environment. In addition, the method is applicable to the selection of other weapons systems in the combat forces.%层次分析法是对武器系统效能分析的一种评估方法。应用该方法对国内外现有的五种突击步枪在某种特定战场环境下的作战效能进行了评估分析，重点讨论了步枪口径的不同对步枪作战效能带来的影响，并以专家打分结果为依据，得出五种方案的参考排序。评估的结果和评估过程中所应用的方法，对在可预知战场环境的情况下，最适合使用的口径的枪械的选择决策，具有重要意义。同样，该方法可运用于作战部队其他武器系统选择使用的决策中。
