针对飞行器舱板装配的现实需求,设计了能够自动完成装配任务的翻转机械系统。该机械系统主要由移动架车、水平移动机构、竖直移动机构和平面四杆机构( RPRR)等组成。在完成机构系统构型设计、结构设计的基础上,进行了运动规划,并应用ADAMS软件验证了系统工作的准确性和可靠性,结果表明各项运动特性符合设计要求。%According to the realistic requirement of aircraft board assembly, This paper designs a turning mechanical system which can beused to automatical y complete assembly tasks. This system is mainly composed of a moving car, horizontal and vertical mov-ing mechanism and plane four-bar linkage mechanism (RPRR), etc. On the basis of completing system configuration design and structure design, the motion planning is conducted, then ADAMS is used to verify its veracity and reliability. The result shows that the motion characteristics meet the design requirements.
