前装式滚筒洗衣机内筒悬臂梁的结构特点,决定了其在洗涤、特别是脱水过程中要承受相当大的应力和应变。运用proe和workbench分别建立了内筒组件的3D模型和有限元模型。给出了偏心载荷沿内筒轴向的正态分布假设,对洗衣机在额定脱水转速、最大洗涤容量的情况下进行了静力学和模态分析。得到了内筒组件的应力分布图,分析了应力集中产生的原因。在分析的基础上给出了相关改进建议,同时给出了不同转速下内筒组件前三阶振动频率。%Due to a cantilever structure, the drum assembly of front load washing machine has to stand a great stress and strain in the washing cycle and drying cycle. In this paper, 3D model and finite model of drum assembly are established respectively by using Proe and Workbech. Based on a hypothesis of eccentric load along the axial normal distribution, static analysis and modal analysis are done in the condition of rated drying speed and maximum laundry mass. According to the above analysis, stress distribution graph is obtained and the causes for stress concentration are found. Then some advices of reducing the stress concentration are giv-en. Also the first three fundamental resonant frequencies of drum assembly in different speed are obtained.
