阐述了目前地铁售票机中常用的票箱升降机构---滚珠丝杠机构，分析其优缺点。针对滚珠丝杠机构存在的问题，设计了一种新型的采用弹簧拉力来控制票箱升降的机构。从设计思想，设计的关键技术方法出发，介绍了弹簧材料的选择，所要承受的工作载荷和变形。%This paper describes a bal ot lifting mechanism which is commonly used in the subway ticket machines-bal screw mech-anism, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. For the problems existing in the bal screw mechanism, it designs a new bal ot lifting mechanism, which is control ed by spring. From the design thought and the key technologies,it also describes the selec-tion of spring material, the bearing work load and the deformation.
