A new 3DOF Mechanism is designed through researching on 3DOF planar paral el mechanism to reduce the production cost and the difficulty of control. The design of the mechanism,motion simulation and finite element analysis are completed with the help of Inventor to ensure the correctness ,rationality and reliability of the mechanism design and raise the working efficiency.%通过对三自由度并联机构的研究分析,提出了一种新型三自由度串联机构,降低了生产成本和控制难度,借助Inventor相应的功能模块,对机构进行了快速建模、运动仿真及有限元分析,保证了机构设计的正确性、合理性和可靠性,提高了工作效率。
