面向全业务过程的制造资源网关方法研究

摘要

针对企业全部业务过程中存在的制造资源管理不一致等问题，提出了制造资源网关方法，在类与实例中间添加一层虚拟节点对制造资源进行自由分类，利用游离属性的组合来实现类的标示；在此基础上采用种、项、件三层制造资源管理模式，建立各层详细动态映射关系，实现了不同业务阶段对制造资源的自由调用、跨阶段路由与协同。%In order to solve the disaccord of the manufacturing resource mangagement in the entire workflows,the gateway method of manufacturing resources is put forward. A layer of virtual nodes is added between classes and instances for free classification and the combination of free attribute is used to identity the classes. On the base of the free classification,the management mode of Type-I-tem-Piece is adopt to bulid the mapping relationgship of the each layer.By this method,data redundancy owing to the disaccord of the manufacturing resource mangagement is solved and free invoking and the inter-stage col aboration is achieved.
