This paper proposes pulse electrolytic machining with moveable cathode mask, which is used to machine mass micro holes of thin sheet workpiece. introduces its basic theory and machining process and explores the influence of some parameters on machining quality and efficiency, including parameters of the temperature of the electrolyte, pulse frequency and pulse duty cycle, etc. The result shows that TC4 sheet with high precision mass miero holes can be obtained in an electrolytic cel with 45℃, pulse du-ty cycle with 20%, pulse frequency with 400 Hz.%针对航空发动机上大面积海量群孔薄板零件,提出了活动掩模脉冲电解加工方法。介绍了活动掩模脉冲电解加工的基本原理和工艺流程。研究了电解液温度、脉冲频率、电源电压占空比等参数对加工质量和加工效率的影响。研究表明,当活动掩模脉冲电解加工的电解液温度为45℃,电源脉冲频率为400 Hz,占空比为20%时,加工效率较高,且所加工的TC4薄板群小孔的表面质量及孔径均匀性良好。
