基于SolidWorks的ATC凸轮机构CAD系统开发

     

摘要

设计ATC凸轮机构运动循环图,建立弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓曲面方程和平面沟槽凸轮滚子中心轨迹方程,并采用模块化设计思想,基于SolidWorks,利用S-olidWorks API及VC++6.0开发了ATC凸轮机构的CAD系统,并在SolidWorks环境下进行装配与运动仿真,验证设计的合理性。%The motion cycle chart of cam mechanisms of ATC is designed, the contour surface equation of globoidal indexing cam and the rol er center trajectory equation of plane groove can are established. Based on the idea of modular design and the Solid ̄Works,a CAD system of cam mechanisms of ATC is developed by using SolidWorks API and VC++ 6.0. Then the assembly model is built under the circumstance of SolidWorks directly and the movement of cam mechanisms is simulated so that the reasonableness of the design is verified.
