小型轮式装载机安全驾驶室设计

摘要

The cab of compact wheel loader is taken,as object of research to modify its design. Its modified structure aims at reinfor￣cing its strength and the added fal ing object protective structure aims at improveing its safety. The finite element model of the cab af￣ter optimum design is established. According to the relevant international test standards,the rol ing over and fal ing object protective structures are simulated and analyzed,in order to ensure the new cab safety.%以某小型轮式装载机驾驶室为研究对象，对原有驾驶室进行重新设计，改变结构造型以增加强度，添加落物保护结构以提高安全性，并建立优化设计后驾驶室的有限元模型，根据相关试验标准，分别进行翻车保护和落物保护的仿真分析，以确保优化设计后的驾驶室达到国际安全标准。
