高速变规格自动分拣计数器设计

     

摘要

针对大批量、不同型号、微小型的单体零部件自动计数分装的难题,设计规格可选的微小零部件计数分装操作和零部件自动计数分装设备,完成自动计数分装器的机械结构设计、电气控制系统设计及人机交互软件系统设计。该设备可实现微小零部件准确落料、计数和分装功能,结构简单、运行可靠、制造成本低、自动化程度高,可实现大批量、不同型号、微小型零件的准确、定量自动化计数分装。%To solve the trouble to count and split the high-volume, multi-standard miniature parts, this paper desins an automatic e-quipment which is used to count and split the parts according to their specification automatical y. Now its mechanical structure de-sign, electrical control system design and human-computer interaction software system design are completed. This equipment has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, low manufacturing cost and high automation degree. It can be used to accom-plish the accurate automatic count and split charging for the mass, different kinds of miniature parts.
