This paper introduces a processing method used for AC servo drive position instruction, based on the bus control. The multi-level cache is designed in this method to save the cycle position incremental information and prevent it from lossing or fluctua-ting. The real-time adjustment of the position instruction of the servo drive acquisition is done periodical y to heep the location instruc-tion cycle synchronization. It proves that this method can be used to effectively solve the discontinuous problem of periodic position command increment data acquisition.%介绍了一种基于总线控制的交流伺服驱动器的位置指令的平滑处理方法。该方法通过设计多级缓存器保存周期位置增量信息,防止位置增量数据的丢失及波动;通过在线实时调整伺服驱动器位置指令采集周期,保持伺服驱动器与控制器的位置指令周期同步。经验证,该方法有效地解决了周期位置指令增量数据采集不连续的问题。
