依据典型盒状零件结构图,在Moldex3D中建立模具水路网格及实体模型,根据实验要求,得到使用异型水路后的冷却温度分布、冷却时间、冷却效率及各方向位移仿真分布云图,通过与传统水路对照,验证了异型水路的可行性。%according to the typical structure of box parts, the waterway and entity model is built in Moldes 3D grid and according to the experiment requirement, this paper obtains the different water cooling temperature, cooling effectiveness, cooling time and the distribution cloud image of the displacement and simulation in al directions. In comparison with the method of the traditional water cloud image, it shows that it meets the design requirements.
