基于有限元的钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构优化

     

摘要

为降低钢材用料,同时提高环刚度,对钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管进行结构优化。在Workbench中建立计算钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管环刚度的有限元模型,利用实验验证有限元模型的有效性。将钢带厚度、圆弧夹角、圆弧半径、隆起高度、边缘长度和螺距作为设计变量,以每延米钢带质量为结构优化目标,环刚度为约束条件。优化后的钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管环刚度较之前增大28.93%,每延米钢带质量降低10.13%。%ln order to reduce the amount of steel used, and improve the stiffness of the rings, the structure of the spiral y wounded cor-rugated polyethylene pipes reinforced with ribbed steel is optimized. The finite element model is created in Workbench to calculate the ring stiffness of the spiral y wounded corrugated polyethylene pipes reinforced with ribbed steel . The validity of the finite element model is proved by experiments. The steel belt thickness, circle intersection angle, circle radius, peak height, and pitch are set as the design parameters;and the weight of ribbed steel per meter as the goal for the structure optimization;and the stiffness of the rings as the re-striction condition. After the optimization, the ring stiffness increases by 28.93%, while the ribbed steel per meter reduced by 10.13%.
