复合材料翼盒装配工装研究与设计

         

摘要

Taking aircraftˊs composite wingbox as an example, the research on and design of its assembly fixture is carried out focu-sing on the location for each component of the wingbox. On the basis of the overal plan, the design of the structure of the assembly fixture for wingbox is completed including box-joint based main frame and the locators. The basic principle of posture alignment for the wingbox panel is introduced. The best assembly posture is obtained with the help of software Geomagic Qualify and CATlA, and a six-degree-of-freedom device is designed to match the assembly fixture boards to adjust the deviation within certain tolerance and hold the wingbox panel in the best assembly posture so as to meet the requirements of the design.%以飞机复合材料翼盒为例,进行工装总体方案设计,重点研究了翼盒各零构件的装配定位方案。在总体方案的基础上完成工装结构设计,包括基于盒式连接的骨架设计和定位件设计。介绍了壁板位姿调整的基本原理,使用Geomagic Qualify和CATIA软件相关功能求取壁板最佳装配位姿,并设计了一种六自由度可调节的壁板边限位器与外形检测卡板配合,实现了在一定制造偏差范围内调整壁板位姿以满足设计要求的目标。
