由于数值计算网格量的限制,已有的针对炉膛内流场的数值模拟大多把过热器忽略掉.现提出把过热器简化为多孔介质模型,在计算过热器气动特性的基础上,有依据的设置多孔介质模型气动特性参数,使炉膛内流场仿真更接近于实物模型.湍流模型采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型,可以形象地再现炉内空气动力场.%Because of restrictions on the amount of numerical grid,the superheater ismostly ignored in the numerical simulation for the fired boiler flow field.This paper proposes to simplify the superheater as a model of porous media.Based on the calculation of its aerodynamic characteristics,the parameters of porous medium model are set up to make the flow field simulation more close to the real model.Realizable k-ε turbulence model is used in the turbulence simulation to reproduce the image of the aerodynamic field in fangentially fired furnace.
