采用热压法制备了新一代Ti/Cf/PMR超混杂层板复合材料,研究了该超混杂层板材料在室温120℃、170℃、220℃及300℃等服役条件下的拉伸、层剪和弯曲等常规力学性能,并分析其损伤破坏机理.实验结果表明:钛板TA2经过喷砂处理后表面粗糙度增加,这样有利于提高超混杂层板的界面结合性能.Ti/Cf/PMR超混杂层板在室温下具有优良的力学性能,抗拉强度可达1 013.72 MPa,层间剪切强度可达65.08 MPa,同时弯曲强度可达965.51 MPa.随着试验温度的升高,该超混杂层板的力学性能呈现下降趋势.当实验温度升高到300℃,该层板的拉伸强度、层间剪切强度和弯曲强度保留率分别约为40%、34%和58%.%This paper uses the hot modelling process to fabricate Ti/Cf/PMR hybrid composite laminates and researches on its mechanical properties,including tensile strength,interlaminar shear (iLS) strength and flexural strength,at room temperature (RT)120 ℃,170 ℃,220 ℃ and 300 ℃,respectively.The results indicate that surface roughness of titanium sheets is obviously improved after grit blasting,thus improving the bonding strength at the interface of the hybrid composite laminates.The Ti/Cf/PMR hybrid composite laminates exhibite good mechanical properties at the room temperature,the tensile strength,interlaminar shear strength and flexural strength are up to 1 013.72 MPa,65.08 MPa and 965.51 MPa.The mechanical properties come into a trend of decline with the temperature rise.The tensile strength,lLSS strength and flexural strength are still about 40%,34% and 58% at 300 ℃.
