基于MIMO模态实验法对某MPV NVH性能研究

         

摘要

Modal test and analysis is an important method for understanding dynamic characteristic of construction. MIMO ( Multiple-input, Multiple-output) modal test and analysis method is widely used. The test mode of a MPV white-body based on MIMO test method is analyzed and its oscillating frequency and the corresponding mode are obtained from the test. A correlative analysis of the oscillating frequencies of the test and the inner noise is done. It comes to the conclusion that the high inner noise is caused by the modal parameter of the white-body. For this, the local structure of the white-body is opfimized and after the opfimization the inner noise is reduced greatly and the NVH quality is improved too.%模态试验分析方法是获得结构动态特性的重要方法,且多输入多输出(MIMO)的模态试验分析方法已被广泛地应用.在MIMO测试系统条件下对某MPV白车身进行了试验模态分析,得到其试验振频以及相应的振型.对车内噪声和试验振频进行相关性分析,得出白车身模态参数是导致车内噪声部分峰值过高的原因.针对此原因对白车身的局部结构进行优化,优化后试验结果表明车内噪声主要峰值明显降低,MPV整车NVH性能提高.
