基于修正的Johnson-Cook本构模型,在DEFORM中进行氧化铝陶瓷的切削仿真,分析了切削速度、切削深度及切削路程对刀具磨损量的影响.研究结果表明,刀具的最大磨损深度随切削速度的增大而减小、随切削深度的增加而增加.磨损深度随切削路程变化的仿真结果表明,切削过程中的刀具磨损可分为3个阶段,即初期磨损阶段,正常磨损阶段及急剧磨损阶段.%Based on the modified Johnson-Cook constitutive model, the cutting simulation of turning alumina ceramics is done by DEFORM. The influencing factors of the tool wear, such as cutting speed, cutting depth and cutting distance, are analyzed. The re-sults show that the maximum wear depth decreases with the increase of cutting speed, and increases with the increase of cutting depth. The simulation results of the wear depth show that the cutting process can be divided into three stages: initial wear stage, normal wear stage and rapid wear stage.
