基于PMAC的开放式外圆磨床数控系统研究

摘要

针对外圆磨床特有的结构及功能,基于PMAC构建了开放式外圆磨床数控系统的硬件结构,对PMAC端口进行分配并设计了PLC程序流程.在Visual Studio 2012 VC++开发环境下编写外圆磨床数控系统软件,所设计的外圆磨床数控系统具有成本低、针对性强、易扩展等优点.并对软件主要功能模块的实现方法进行了说明.%This paper presents the hardware structure and software of an open CNC system based on PMAC according to the struc-ture characteristics and functional requirements of cylindrical grinder. The ports of PMAC are assigned and PLC program is designed. A graphical interaction environment is also designed for uses with Visual Studio 2012 VC++. The CNC system designed for the cylin-drical grinder has the advanfages of low cost, high capacity, easy expansion and so on and the implementation ways of some func-tions are introduced.
