根据经典理论公式设计超声加工使用的圆锥型变幅杆参数,通过ANSYS动力学分析来观察工件的动力特性,保障所设计的变幅杆接近最佳谐振状态.通过动力学分析结果,可以很清楚地查看纵振频率,以及在纵振频率下所表现出来的应力、位移特性.同时,为了尽可能逼近真实情况,对变幅杆-刀片系统进行综合仿真优化,并使得优化后的结构频率在允许误差范围内最接近工作频率.%Aoccording to the classical theory formula, this article designs corn horn parameters, which is used in ultrasonic process-ing. ANSYS dynamics analysis is used to observe the relevant performances of the artifacts and ensure the optimal resonant condi-tion for the designed horns. Through the analysis of dynamics, the stress and displacement characteristics at longitudinal vibration frequency can be clearly observed. To be close to the real situation as possible, the blade system is comprehensively simulated and optimized to ensure the optimized structure the frequency within the scope of permissible error, as close to the working frequency as possible.
