基于LabVIEW的分级筛振动测试系统设计

A grading screen vibration test system based on the LabVIEW is designed. This system consists of sensors, data acquisition cards, signal amplifiers and other hardware, in which the advantage of the virtual instrument software LabVIEW is fully used to fast and accurately achieve multi-point vibration test and complete real-time signal acquisition, processing and display. After testing, the system is characteristic of easy and smooth operation. It is of a good prospect in the actual production.%设计了一种基于LabVIEW的分级筛振动测试系统,该系统包含了传感器、数据采集卡和信号放大器等硬件,充分利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器的软件优势实现了对分级筛振动的快速、精确和多点测控,完成了信号的实时采集、处理和显示.测试表明,该系统操作简便、运行稳定,在实际生产中有较好的应用前景.
